Q: What services does the rental fee include?

A: Savannah's events are all inclusive. You have access to all facilities. This includes our reception deck, ceremony, and dance floor, any pasture, 4 lakes, catering kitchen, sound equipment, bridal suite, and honeymoon suite, along with satellite, tv, and wifi. All of this is included for one fee.


Q: Is the rental fee cheaper if we don’t book a Saturday night?

A: No, our fee is always the same no matter what day you are booking.


Q: Are other events scheduled on the same day?

A: No, we do not double book days.


Q: What is your alcohol policy?

A: Alcohol is fine. This is a place to party after all.


Q: Are there adequate restroom facilities?

A: Yes, we have multiple restrooms that are easy to access around the barns.


Q: Can you accommodate physically challenged guests?

A: Yes, we are ADA accessible at Savannah's Events.

 

Q: What is your payment and cancellation policy for the event venue?

A: If you cancel your event at least 90 days prior, you will receive a full refund minus the non refundable deposit. If canceled 60 days prior to your event, you will receive 50% back. Any cancellations less than 60 days away are not electable for a refund. (We strongly recommend event insurance.)

A: If you cancel your event at least 60 days prior, you will receive a full refund minus the non refundable deposit. If canceled 30 days prior to your event, you will receive 50% back. Any cancellations less than 30 days away are not electable for a refund. (We strongly recommend event insurance.)
